We look to have majority takeover of companies in the Supermarket and Grocery Store Industry. We look to invest in Middle America. We are a value-added fund. If you are a cash-flow positive company or a distressed company, we will consider you in a takeover. Company needs to have 2 Million plus in Revenue to be acquired.
